Last thread was deleted due to a naughty word.

Anyway, the quick draw damage bypass is ruining WKR. People aren't colonizing because it's technically not necessary to do so in order to defeat Naakuals. Even if the Naakuals are otherwise completely impervious to damage, 30+ CORs can tickle the Naakuals' HP away after 5 or so hours.

I'd rather have the fights NOT be fought exclusively with a weak job ability from a single job. If this couldn't be done, people would colonize, and the WKRs could be beaten in a fraction of the time and with fewer people.

People are exclusively engaging Kumhau with 22% colonization, which is not enough for ANY attack to deal damage, except for Quick Draw, which bypasses the damage resistance.

This needs to be fixed. I'm sure many people have already had an experience where there weren't enough CORs and the fights lasted 7-10+ hours.

Either the damage resistance needs to be adjusted so that more than 1 job with 1 ability can damage the NMs, or Quick Draw needs to be adjusted so that colonization happens. I don't care which. But WKRs right now are abominable.

If anyone is having trouble grasping my issue, here's a metaphor. Because of this issue, people are choosing to backwards-crab-walk uphill 25 miles through the snow (Quick Draw tickling for 5 hours) instead of pooling their resources together to buy a bus pass (colonizing so Naakuals can be damaged). Because so many people want to backwards-crab-walk uphill 25 miles through the snow (Quick Draw tickling for 5 hours), other players don't have the resources (manpower for colonization) to buy the bus pass (a proper Naakual fight).

I have to agree for the most part, I'd like to go in and -not- have to cancel dinner plans or be forced away from the computer because I've been on it for so long.

It's nuts honestly, if they just nerfed QD, either of 2 things will happen:

People will be -forced- to colonize which is the main shtick of this whole ordeal.

People will just go in, tickle boss before the update, get their loot, and screw everyone else over, thus making SE take 2 months to adjust the difficulty of WKR yet once again.
