Trial 4217 not displayed by Magian Moogle, Unable to turn in trial items

Steps:
1)When I trade: Jewel of Vision, Tantra Crown +1 (Trial 4217) to the delivery box it does nothing.
2)When I trade: Tantra Crown +1 to the Magian Moogle he says there is already a trial enscribed on the piece and if I want to erase the trial. ( I select no of course )
3)When I review which trials I currently have, Trial 4217 is not listed.
4)When I look at available trials at the Magian Moogle, Trial 4217 is not listed under Head Piece.
5)I have logged out of the game to make sure it wasn't an error.
6)I have changed areas to try to see if it worked after.


I have traded the required items to the chest in the past and it accepted them. I double checked I have the trial engraved on the Tantra Crown +1 and it reads Trial 4217.
