The update notes list that new rewards are available from Reja Ygridhi in the Celennia Memorial Library.
However, many people have cleared the new Nakuul, and even recleared all of the old ones as well, some having never claimed rewards at all, and no one is seeing new options to pick their own item of choice.
Is this broken, or is there a quest or mission requirement we are missing?
