So over the years the community has managed to utterly destroy the game, because if it weren't for community feedback, rng would never have been nerfed so hard it has gone from being a god to lolrng, there would never have been a need to throw in th+5 because farming wouldn't have been so nerfed people complained about that etc. So let's spend some time concentrating on those things we don't want retards taking from us.

1. I personally like the leveling system now over what it used to be, I hated getting all the way to camp just to find out the party broke, or getting to a camp you thought was open because of /sea all "x" area, only to find out someone had beat you, or the all important, gotta go ls needs me, sudden announcement, These days you just get to go level, and btw who really cares if someone is afk anyway, I mean really? If it need space boot the afks and get people lfg in.

2. Having a moghouse, is there anything better than this in any other mmo out there? I can go to any city, anywhere in the world and access all my inventory and do anything I need to do, all in one place. This is not possible in any other game.

3. The auction house. We actually have an auction house, that acts like an auction, there's a history, there's how many are up there, and you have to bid based on what other people have bought their stuff for, prices actually fluctuate not based on the price you see someone else selling their stuff for at that moment, but based on what it has sold for in the past

4. The story lines, Is there a game out there with a better storyline for beginning characters, than the ones given for each starter nation in ffxi? If you say yes, youre a liar. Are the story lines for other games so engaging that you want to move forward to see whats going to happen next or do you just spam the enter button? FFxi has the best story line of any other MMO out there, hands down,

5. There is more usable gear from expansion to expansion than in any other game on the market, IE my rajas ring is still viable, as is my supponomimi, magnetic earring etc. What other game does that?

6. Everyone cries about the ps2 graphics (ever heard of oversampling) but the minute they go play ffxiv or sonw or whatever they play, they whine about all the excess garbage they have to deal with on the screen, that makes actually seeing the graphics a moot point. I love ffxi graphics when I oversample the game

So basically if you're not retarded you should be able to respond with some positive things you find about the game, and if you are retarded, your posts will make that self evident, and i'll call you a retard

Using the term "retard" makes no sense cause its a slang term used to label individuals that have a disorder in a degrading way. It makes you come off racist, you should be ashamed of yourself. By doing that, this thread isn't positive anymore.

The FFXi story lines are fantastic, by far and away the biggest of any FF game.

Sadly I disagree with most of the rest of your comments :/
As fast as leveling is now, it's just a chore. Except when they do these double Xp campaigns- people form groups in old places again.

As cool as moghouse was, it feels dated now. Clunky and slow.

The graphcs have actually stood up pretty darn well I think. Of course I'd love to see native gpu support with antialiasing, an uncapped frame rate and real time lighting, but regardless, the game still looks pretty good.

I have no qualms with the ah system, but there isn't much on it anymore :/

The AH is getting really sad atm. When i reactivated my account i found 3 stacks of coeurl meat in my mh. Tried selling them, looked up the price and they didnt sell i wad like O.o .now they're still in my mh.

I like the Ah system but they need to think about items/crafting now we have less players. Revamp something, i dont know trade a stack of meat and get beastmen seal or somethibg atleast those i can store>< or better trade a stack of meat to the beastmen (they gotta eat too right) and get a gold beastcoin (doing goldsmithing atm gold path XD)

Or make an option whereby you could sell unneeded stuff to an npc for gil say?

I know how it is not wanting to waste potentially more profit by hanging on to stuff for years.
I've had 15 or so mules across 2 then 3 accounts for the longest time. Hanging onto all manner of rubbish.

But I've stopped worrying so much about it recently since the game is just FFXI-Monstrosity to me now.
And if I do something on BST and end up with drops I just npc pretty much everything unless I have stacks. If they don't sell they get dropped straight out of the inbox.

they'll never add extra options to npc your items for a decent amount of gil, atleast not easily obtainable items, for the sake of "Balance". 4~5 years ago they nerfed alot of npc prices, bat wings and bird blood (iirc) are fine examples, why would they bring that back?
Hence why i came up with an alternative idea.
