FFXI-3100 when connecting to lobby server

I'm on Windows 7 x64. I have disabled the firewall, configured a static IP address, set myself in the DMZ of the router, and cannot connect to the lobby server, resulting in the error above. ISP is GCI.net, which has been working before.

I need to know which ports are used to connect to the lobby server to do a connection test and see if I am blocked otherwise. I just reactivated and finished patching before the announcement of the emergency maintenance, and had about an hour window to try these steps. I could not connect.

Solved it. Had a program called PeerBlock running in my tray, which was blocking the connections to SE's servers, but only the FFXI ones.
