Obtaining Campaign Medals a little faster maybe?

Can a dev please answer my question regarding why players have to still wait for so long to rank all the way up to the highest ranks? No one has that much time to dump into getting such archaic armor anymore, can it be a little easier to obtain instead of taking literally half a year to rank up to the needed medal?

Campaign and assaults really need a revamp, it's archaic content with forced waits that shouldn't exist anymore.

I don't -mind- waiting a day for each medal tbh, but a week (give or take)? Come on that'll take literally almost half a year to get from start to finish, and by then FFXI could be gone.

Not only that, but that 20k point price tag on the Amir stuff makes me wanna punch a wall, but at least it's bearable because I can work towards it.
