Unless they changed how it worked from when I got mine, no. You don't get the satchel until you actually receive it and register it to your account

If you have a smart phone you can get the (free) security token app straight from the download store (iTunes or Google depending on type of O/S) and then register this and get access to your new extra storage!

they dont ship to some countries, for example Mexico. I dont know why but dont think they care about Mexico, Latin American or south America ppl, dont know if they ship to Africa or all place in Asia.
