Reinstalled FFXI, SOA not working (steam version)

I bought the Steam version of Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition a while ago and from what I remember the Steam version of the expansion files is US whilst the base game is EU or something like that. I know that to fix it there was an official file somewhere with the EU files to patch the expansion to EU but I can't remember where I found it.

Anyways I've had to do a complete reinstall of FFXI and when I reach the accept terms window it tells me "expansion pack data has not been installed" because of the issue I mentioned above with the base being EU and the expansion being US. I was wondering if anyone remembers where the patch files are so I can begin playing again?

Ah, I was able to fix the problem. Did a check files in POL and it decided there was over 2k files not working and it did its own fix. Whew that saved me a lot of effort, last time I remember it taking 4 hours reinstalling the patch files.
