My wife has been unable to reactivate her service.
I go to Select Service -> Final Fantasy XI -> Reactivate service
I get directed to a page that says, "The service is currently unavailable due to maintenance. Please try again at a later time."
I've tried calling, only to wait on hold for hours and get disconnected, I tried chat help only to wait hours and be told that no one was available to assist me when it came to be my turn, I tried e-mail support with no response for 5 days so far, and I am not the only one having this problem. I even commented on the Square-Enix page on facebook to no avail.
I found a thread on allakhazam that shows that several other people are unable to reactivate or get any help for their problem since at least the first of September. Also, people are having trouble unsubscribing.
