Storage Slip 13 er.. doesn't actually work does it?

As topic title.

Storage Slip 13 will not let me trade any of the Relic+2 pieces I own, to the Porter Moogle.

I've checked the storable items. And all 3 I am trying to trade, are on the list.
- Monster Gloves +2
- Monster Gaiters +2
- Koga Tekko +2

Any info?
Because the Help Desk doesn't even offer any categorys that look vaguely like they would answer my question.

All relic+2 is unstorable unless it has been augmented via the dynamis exp trial.
