Coastal Net in Mog Garden is not targetable today

Yesterday I upgraded my coastal net with key items from the npc in western adoulin. It worked fine and I was able to pull up fish, but today I am not able to target the coastal net. I went back to adoulin and then zoned back into mog garden and I'm still having the same issue.

*Edit* it's been some hours now, I've logged out, logged back in, even switched characters and back, and still cannot target the coastal net. My friend that has not upgraded his to the highest current available rank, can still use his but I can't use mine.

I am also unable to target the coastal net, and haven't been able to since the last update.
