I have a friend with payment issues on his cards. He is currently deployed.
His bank and SE pay reps are giving him the run-around. I don't want to see him quit
and not play for the remainder of his deployment. I would like for SE to implement a
system where players can buy Crysta and donate them to friends.

Can't you buy crysta with paypal? You could send him some moeny through paypal and he could do it that way.

Assuming he has PayPal, otherwise he would have to set up a PayPal account which requires a credit card.

OP says he has a card, just has issues with SE account (supposedly) However if you have an account balance with paypal that is used before a card gets charged, so as long as the OP continually paypals him enough money to cover the crysta I dont see any issues arising.

I think I have a solution for you. Ultimate Game Cards. They can be found in Gamestop, Target, CVS, etc. When you go to add Crysta to an SE account, your default options are credit card, click and buy, paypal, but there's a smaller option for 'other payment options.' Under that section is where you can use your Ultimate Game Card.
Buy the cards at your local retailer, scratch off the stuff on the back and email your friend the code listed there. He can use that to add Crysta.
This is how I add Crysta since I never trusted the Click and Buy option. It's worked for me for the past few years :)
