Delve completly black

Delve completely black
Hello when I enter Delve I'm only able to see myself and my party members everything else is black, nothing else posts IE. no background, I'm unable to move. ppl in my group are able to see me and enter just fine.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit
intel core i5 2500k @ 4.3gHz
running a gtx 660ti...
I was running video driver version 326.xx and rolled back to 320.49 and have tried with and without graphics stabilization. under both video drivers. I've run this game on PC for over 5 years and have no other problems with any other content within ffxi atm.
