Monster Name: Rustwater Toads, Spoutdrenched Toads, Numbing Blossom
When killing mobs using area of effect spells for the quest Flower Power only one kill was credited when three Numbing Blossoms were killed at the same time. I observed the same error when on the Coalition Assignment Patrol: Rala Waterways some weeks earlier, killing multiple toads using area of effect spells resulted in only one kill being recorded.
