After completing the "Endeavoring to Awaken" quest, the NPC Octavien will not give me the "Forging New Bonds" quest to start RUN AF. I made sure that I am RUN 99, zoned, waited until JP midnight. Octavien just replays the CS from the end of "Endeavoring to Awaken". Any help would be appreciated.
