NPC at Frontier Station in Marjami Ravine named Veldeth asks for 2x Velkk Masks or 2x Velkk Necklace.
Afterward, he says "Should you happen to come across Velkk necklaces or Velkk masks again, you only need bring them to me."

This leads me and bgwiki to believe that this quest is repeatable, but I am unable to give more masks or necklaces. I tried immediately after finishing, waiting a game day, waiting a RL day and finally waiting a RL week, but today I am still unable to turn in more masks or necklaces!

Is the message he's giving, just a mistake? Or is this bugged?

The repeatable quests generally seem to be completable once per conquest.

I am aware and I did say I waited a week, and after conquest tally is what I meant to say. He still indicates that I might be able to repeat the quest but I cannot. :-(

I'm seeing this issue as well. If I'm remembering correctly, I experienced a similar issue with 'It Sets My Heart Aflutter.' However, this was eventually resolved after waiting two conquest tallies. or they hot fixed it in that time period :)

Bumping this... the NPC dialogue seems to indicate this quest is repeatable, but zoning, waiting a game day and waiting a conquest tally doesn't change anything, he won't take any more masks/necklaces. Bugged or working as intended?

There's another thread about this in the in game bugs forum.
Posting here what I posted there.

I contacted a GM about "It Never Goes Out of Style" not being repeatable.
I had to log off before they got back to me, but next time I came on I had a message saying that based on the items I was trading, the quest was working as intended...
They suggested I ask fellow adventurers or check the community sites.
