It looks like there's a typo in the first cutscene for the new Adoulin missions as of the 8-5-2013 update. This is the cutscene near the Peacekeeper's Coalition that you trigger by walking up to. Oscairn notes that the Watergarden Coliseum is a place where "some poeple don't come out with their tails between their legs."
