Since when did Valliance give Haste?

Whilst soloing a reive in Yahse, I thought someone else must have joined me when I noticed that I had haste.

Didn't see anyone at all, so I thought maybe it was a Rieve momentum bonus.

Then I did the 'Maat' fight, popped Valliance (stupidly buffed outside, so vallation timer was down) and saw the hsate pop up again!

inspirations fast cast effect shows up as the haste icon, are you sure it wast that?

Yea, it comes up with Vallation/Valiance with Inspriation. It isn't "Haste" but Fast Cast which shares the same icon. It goes to your party members too (got a few wtfs too when I did it)

Oh I see. Never noticed it with Vallation at all. I assume that it doesn't override Haste or get over-ridden by it?

Nope. I think it's the same as the previously Nyzul exclusive buff to fast cast which was also represented with the Haste icon. I think it was called Flurry?

Concentration. Flurry's the melee-only haste from Nyzul.
