Unable to attack / do anything after accepting monstrosity quest.

I accepted the monstrosity quest from the NPC "Suspicious Hume" located in Pashhow Marshlands (E-12) as a Beastmaster.

After this I was unable to attack monsters inside Pashhow Marshlands, I could not use Attack, Call Beast, or any ability whatsoever.

Zoning fixed this problem.

Same here, I tried to teleport out after getting the CS for monstrosity and I could not. I assume zoning will fix it for me as well.
