I want to file a complaint specifically as a customer regarding the company, not another player. where can i find such a section? or let me guess, there isn't one.
I pay for 2 accounts and that 4 nights in a row i have been unable to play due to SE's inability to apparently "communicate". at £18.98 for 1 month that's 18.98 x 4/30 = £2.53 that SE owes me so far. I realize this sounds silly but as a customer I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. Im sure I am not the only one to be rather angry.
Ive held an account for this game for 6 years and never have we been subjected so such pour work on behalf of SE. Time someone got disciplined for what ever is wrong recently.
