Since we're apparently still riding high on Vana'versary celebrations and reflections back on the past, how about finally translating the update notes from the first ten version updates?

Also, the 2003 July 17 update notes are already available in English, but only through the PlayOnline Viewer itself and not on the Engilsh playonline.com website. You might want to rectify that.
