I know this is yet another thing that could initially be blamed on the PS2, however it's not even very valid for that anymore, since most PS2 users also use a keyboard. It's been bugging me for years, and finally I got used to it and somehow forgot about it, until just now when I remembered entering prices for 10 stacks of Ordelle Bronzepieces manually, or handing out Dynamis payout to 12 people, always typing in 457k only using arrow keys. I know it can be done better than this.
Edit: Seems like I forgot the point I was trying to make. Which is, please let us use the numpad to type in numbers. On the AH, trade menu, bazaar, etc., stuff like this where you currently (and very inconveniently) have to use the arrow keys to get the job done. This is something that should have been implemented from the beginning imo.
