Wyvern merits

When the new merit tier is added, I would like to able to add merits to my wyvern instead of adding more to my dragoon. Not just merits for new abilities but merits for hp , Attributes, attack/defense , existing breaths and possibly merit some new ones. just like mages merit some of their spells. One new breath I'd like to see would be bad breath. I mean come on I'm sure those little buggers have some stank breath.

Do you have any link to anything that talks about the new merit tier? I've heard a lot of things about it, but I can't remember reading anything about it in an official post.
