Bhaflau Remnants II Plan Bug

Just got done with a run through here and all of the NMs dropped double corresponding with the first drop, such as if it only dropped 1 plan, there were 2 plans in the pool, and if it dropped 2 plans, there were 4 in pool.

However, this did -not- affect off-chance plans. Such as NMs that have the potential to drop 2x Tutelary plans and 1x Ritualistic plans would drop 4x Tutelary plans, but only 1 Ritualistic plan still.

Also, the Acrolith NM on Floor 4 of Bhaflau Remnants II dropped 3 Tutelary plans for us and 1 Ritualistic plan. 3 does not make sense as per the logic using in the first sentence of this post. So I feel this is a bug that needs to be fixed, along with the second sentence of this post.

My party was in Bhaflau Remnants II and everyone NM that could drop 2x Plans of x type dropped 4x plans if we got a double drop from the NM, and a if it dropped 1x of the primary plans it could drop, there were 2x plans in pool. However, the off-chance plans, the ones that have a 0-1 chance to drop, only dropped 1 when they did drop, not two. This happened for all the above mentioned NMs, as we were very lucky today in getting off-chance plans to drop! But the Acrolith NM (West Side) on Floor 4 dropped 3 plans, which does not make sense. Especially considering the PlayOnline website has it stated as such:

During the campaign period, the amount of the following design plans dropped will be doubled:
Bloodshed Plans / Primacy Plans / Umbrage Plans / Tutelary Plans / Ritualistic Plans

If in fact the dropped plans are not doubled, but rather it has a chance to drop double, I believe the wording needs to be changed. Otherwise, these are issues with the plan drops and need to be addressed quickly, as the campaign does not last for very long.

yeah i did BR2 Today, i we saw 3 tutelary plans and 1 rutelistic on last NM marduk path, no make sense, should be 4 tutelary and 2 tutelistic
