I have just bought a new Asus X55C laptop and downloaded ffxi onto it. Upon playing the game I noticed that all npcs, mobs and my own character are not being displayed. They appear invisible. Other than that everything works fine. HELP! I have installed no new graphics other than that which came with the laptop Intel(R) HD graphics.

We apologize for the problems you have been having. We would like you to perform the following steps in order to resolve this issue:
1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Select the Device Manager
3. Select Display Adapters and chose the only one listed.
4. Click the Driver Tab and select update driver
5. Choose the “Browse my computer for driver software” option”
6. Choose the “Let me pick from a list of device drivers” option
7. Please select one of the following driver options:
- 'Intel(R) HD Graphics'
- 'Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.2)
