I'm not sure if this is documented anywhere, but the following two items are a bit confusing for me. In most cases, whenever you see something like Condition: Stat, it means that all the stats following it (until another Condition: statement) only work under that condition. So when I looked at the following two items, I thought that the 'Enhances "Mana Cede" effect' would only work on the day, or the day/weather.

I looked online to get some clarification (and found this note (http://ffxi.gamerescape.com/wiki/Talk:Caller%27s_Bracers_%2B1) about it working all the time), asked some Summoners in-game (who weren't 100% sure when it worked), and finally had a Summoner test it (who said that the +1 Bracers gave +50% TP with an avatar not of the correct day/weather).
If that information is correct, the 'Enhances "Mana Cede" effect' line should be moved before the 'Depending on day:' condition.
