Hello,

On the 4th of May, 2013, at approximately 18:00 my time (Midnight of the 5th of May JST) I opened a Trade Scam investigation against another player. When I opened the call, I gave the GM the type of chat, the location/zone it took place in and the details of the situation.

It's now the 17th of May, 2013. When trying to get a follow up from GMs, all I get is "On going investigation." Is it really on going though? Really? I tried asking if it's even actually begun review yet which yielded no answer, and an I don't know.

Would it be possible to message people via the Friend Message system of updates on their investigations? Examples could include the date and time your claim has actually begun its process. Then, the results of the investigation.

I'm sure it's annoying me placing a GM call every couple of days to see what the status is of my claim, but I feel it's a necessity as I was told only if you are able to retrieve my items, would you contact me. So, if you cannot retrieve my items, you just let me sit here and wonder... For how long? What if my claim was opened and closed already, I'm screwed and not going to get my items returned? But, every time I've placed a GM call asking about it, I'm just told it's still on going. But I wonder, has it even been opened yet, has it already been closed?

I am sorry for the delay in responding back to you both in game, and here. I will go ahead and open an investigation on your concern and we will try to contact you directly, in game, with the results. We cannot go into detail whether action was taken on a customer, or not, but we can provide you a resolution.

I am sorry, once again, for the lack of responce. You are always free to contact us, in game, for a status update if an unusual amount of time has passed - you are never bothering the GM team.
