/invite is fairly usless nowadays because the only people to type /sea all inv are people grinding experience points.

It would be excellent to be able to type /sea all delve for people seeking delve, and /sea all delvenm for people really looking for kills. They could fill out their search messages with related info.

At this moment, I'd put

{Aegis} {Ochain} {Paladin}
{Incredibly Tough} {White Mage}
{Morimar Basalt Fields} {Megaboss} {Can I have it?}

and then, if someone typed /sea all delvenm, they'd see me and others in the list. They could scroll through. /sea all sam delvenm would show all the sams on server looking for delvenm.

There are already seacom categories for different purposes, thing is nobody uses them.

You can't seek for different categories effectively, or at all.

But yeah I know, SE even added magian years ago.

If I can't commit to wanting a particular purpose more than others, I don't put one up at all. If I put up a comment, it's because i want to do something specific. Thus, I don't have a problem with only one category at a time. How would you display them otherwise, anyway? It would be huge log spam if it showed you all of a person's comments under the current method of showing them.

heh, didn't you know? partying doesn't exist anymore since abby was introduced. It's all burn jobs to 99 these days. So give up on trying to get a party already.

The most effective way to get anything done in FFXI these days is to use /yell to tell people what you are looking to join or if your making a group.
