Hello! I am returning after a few months hiatus. I seem to be running into trouble when trying to log into POL on my Xbox 360. After I enter in my password, I get an error saying, "Unable to log on to PlayOnline. The player currently signed in to Xbox Live has not enabled chat and messaging."
A few important details:
-I have family settings turned off
-I have chat and messaging enabled for everyone (along with literally everything else for that matter).
-I have a Gold membership.
I'm a little stumped as to what to try next. I never ran into this problem when I played only a few months ago and can't think of any settings that I may have changed in the mean time. If anyone has successfully resolved this problem or has a hunch as to what I'm missing, then I would appreciate the help! Thanks! :o
