im a returning player on xbox. Im wanting to buy the abyssea addons but cant find anywhere to buy them. am i able to buy just the addons or do i have to buy the seekers collectors addition for them. if i posted in the wrong area sry didnt know where to post.

The collector's eddition is cheaper.
Pretty sure you go through the SE account site(where you go to pay your fees etc). Maybe click on add service, FFXI, and they'll pop up as an option to purchase or whatever. They neutered POL for this stuff so I am certain you can go through SE site to buy them.

probably better off getting the collection in the long run. You will have almost the same update time with/without SoA, since the bulk of the assets are still downloaded even without the expansion installed.
You also may start seeing it go on sale soon as well. Think the PC version was on sale last week at some gaming site for like $30.
