Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. Completely blew off legion on the premise that this specifically would not happen.
/displeased.

Augments seem to be all the same as the HQ. Equal to or less. The augments, for the most part, aren't the reason to want an HQ piece in the first place. But augments > no augments. Mainly hoping synth items are going to be spread more so that synth prices drop.
