Items not updating during crafting

I noticed last night while crafting that the item counts were not updating.

1. Check my items:

Item 1: 12
Item 2: 7
Item 3: 12

2. Craft Recipe with success

3. Repeat recipe and in the item selection menu it reads

Item 1: 12
Item 2: 7
Item 3: 12

I expected everything to be reduced by 1 but this wasn't happening. Then all the sudden things would correct themselves after a couple synthesis attempts. Not a huge bug but still a bug.

I hope you were taking advantage and synthing multimilliongil hexed gear.... and why report it... i'd take the ban for getting caught (eventually) for that one...

I will attempt to recreate the issue the next time I do another crafting run and write down the info requested. Thanks for your attention on this.

I hope you were taking advantage and synthing multimilliongil hexed gear.... and why report it... i'd take the ban for getting caught (eventually) for that one...

I was making some food and it would eventually correct itself to the proper amounts so I'm not sure what advantage I would receive from that?

I have been unable to replicate this issue so I will go with Karahs explanation and chalk it up to lag.
