Also, wouldn't it be easier to just add "All Jobs" to the rings instead of listing them individually?

Thanks for taking the time to write us!

Interesting development, indeed...
However, looking at both the original files and the descriptions for these items in-game, the percentages are there for both of them, along with the line "All Jobs." Whatever perverse aberration caused them to be omitted from the release should be rectified once the next version update hits.
