Steps:
Indi spell aura effects are disappearing while engaged with an in-game dialog. For example, if I have Indi-Refresh up and click on a conflux, within a few seconds the refresh icon will disappear and the refresh effect stops. It resumes when I exit the dialog. If testing this, make sure to wait a few seconds, because occasionally the effect will remain for a short time, presumably until the neck "tick".

The visible aura remains on my character, but the effect stops. In addition, it appears the overall duration of the effect is not changed.

I'm sure this relates to the December update here (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/29150-December-13-2012-%28JST%29-Version-Update), where status timers were changed to progress during cutscenes. I don't recall, however, if over time effects like regen and refresh were paused during cutscenes prior to this. If so, perhaps the geomancer effects, but not the duration, were overlooked regarding this update?

Edit: added specs for PC, internet, etc.
