Update Details?

In the just released update announcement it stated the following

"The update will wrangle together further enmity adjustments, reive adjustments, attribute corrections and adjustments associated with weapons skills learned through merit points, cap increases for magic skills, and a bevy of job-related adjustments."

Does anyone know what the cap increases for magic skills, and a bevy of job-related adjustments are going to be?

They are going to add haste/temper/gain- lines to Rune Fencer just to eliminate any chance of rdm having a melee advantage over it :P

A bevy of job-related adjustments: Group 3 merits or the new SPs?

I'm guessing, but that's what I understand from it.

They already nerfed it, they even nerfed other AoE WS/Spells in the process.

Where's the patch notes where they nerfed all AoEs? I haven't noticed any difference.

I hope they lower frequency of fire weather, happens too often and with the rapidly dropping flame geode prices, I can't make ends meet.
