R/M/E Weapon Skills useable in offhand?

I don't know if this has been asked anywhere but with the new higher damage weapons out are there any plans to make One handed R/M/E Weapon Skills useable for the offhand? Even if we cant use the aftermath some Weapon Skills are still better than what we can get such as CDC ^^.
