View Full Version : Unable to access Seekers of Adoulin

Got my copy of Seekers of Adoulin for xbox today. Updated the game and then went to PoL and enter in the content ID and it now shows as active in my PoL account services, but when I start the game it tells me game content not activated. It's now been 2 hours and is still not activated. Help.

What did you do to "update the game?"

I started game, it check for latest version and then it downloaded and installed new files.

Did you install the game from the new dvd you bought?

Ok, I have uninstalled the game. Then re-installed from the disc and this made it worse. Now I can't access Wings or abyssea expansions.

We apologize that you still seem to be having issues with FINAL FANTASY XI for the XBOX 360. We would like to make sure you have installed from a disc that contains one or all of the expansions listed below.
• Rise of the Zilart
• Chains of Promathia
• Treasures of Aht Urhgan
• Wings of the Goddess
• Seekers of Adoulin
These do not have to be all on the same disc, but all must be installed for you to access the new content in the Seekers of Adoulin expansion of the game.
