No option to deliver supplies to the Outposts

Steps:
Was going to use the Outpost warp to Valkurm Dunes and since Bastok controls that area I decided to speak with Crying Wind, I.M. to get Valkurm Supplies for the Outpost.

The option to deliver supplies is not available. The options for Signet, spending conquest points, Expeditionary Force, questions, and nothing are available, but the option to deliver supplies is not.

I saw nothing in the latest update notes about not allowing supply delivery anymore so I assume this is a bug.

A few questions, just to rule out some of the obvious:

Are you still registered as a citizen of Bastok? (If you've switched nations to do their rank missions, you have to reaquire them for your new citizenship--you loose the OP's registered with previous nation until you switch citizenship back to the previous nation where you unlocked them before)

Have you already unlocked the Outpost Warp to Dunes, or were you attempting to do this for the first time? (Just in case there is a misunderstanding on how OP Warps work. Once unlocked, you just talk to the NPC over near mog entrance to use the OP warp, so you no longer need to deliver supplies to that outpost after you've done it the first time for your currently registered nation allegiance.)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused for you. I see that another poster has been helpful in providing a possible remedy to your trouble. In addition to their post, there is a level requirement necessary to take on certain OP deliveries. Can you please tell me what level you were at the time? Also, can you try it out again on a higher level job and see if you are still having this issue? If so, please let us know if you are still having a problem or resolved your issue so we can either escalate the matter further or close out the thread.

I did this as lv99 MNK. I am a citizen of Bastok and have never attempted to change nations. I have unlocked all of the Outpost warp destinations, I was attempting to re-do this supply quest. Since I was going to Crying Wind, I.M. to get signet, and was going to use the Outpost warp to go to the dunes, I checked who was controlling that region and if it was Bastok (and it was) I was going to deliver supplies. The option has previously been available to do supply missions even if you have previously visited that region with supplies. I do these missions when I am going to a controlled region using the Outpost warp, it provides both region control and conquest points (although both are very small amounts) and only takes a few extra seconds to complete.

This is not the case anymore. Outpost supply runs you have done now travel with you between nations.

hmm... interesting... never noticed you could redo them after you had unlocked them. Always expected that was a non-repeatable quest. Wiki is listing some important points though: can only do one per game day and if you don't complete it before the conquest tally, have to get the stale supplies removed before accepting again. Have you verified you don't already have the Zulkheim Supplies still in your KI list, perhaps from a previous run (or Conquest week) that did not get turned in?

Just ran the one to Dunes on our server. 99 SMN, Hero Fame and Rank 10 Bastok, in control of the region, and already have all the outpost warps unlocked. All supply runs were marked as (Done.), but was able to log it just fine. Got the Zulkheim Supplies Key Item (Temp Key Items list, was at the top). While I had this Key Item in possession, it would not let me choose the option for supplies quests again. I warped to the Outpost and turned them in for the Conquest Points, returned to Crying Wind and the option for supply quests was back again, but he told me "You can only undertake one supply mission per day".

So, if you meet all the prerequisites (nation allegience, level, etc.) and are not seeing the option for the supply quests, you probably still have a key item from a previous supply run as that was the only time I did not see the option for going on a supply quest.

Outposts you've unlocked in Bastok would still have to be unlocked again after changing to, for example, San d'Oria. What S-E changed was that now, if you go back to Bastok again, the system will remember your previously-unlocked outposts, rather than making you do them again.

No, the change you mention here was a LONG time ago. The change I'm talking about is more recent.

Changing to a new nation no longer results in needing to do outpost runs again; they go with you to other nations. In other words, only one "list" of completed supply runs is kept anymore, not three separate "lists" for each nation.

this might very well be the case, check your temporary key items for supplies, if they are there you have to complete that outpost run before it will let you select the supplies run again

We appreciate your additional reports and information regarding your inability to proceed in this goal. While you are at maximum level and are in the same nation as you've always been, please try Ziyyigo-Tipyigo's advice and checking your Key Items. This may be affecting the issue.
