http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/polnews/news22038.shtml Says here that they're fixing the quest “A Stone's Throw Away” but 1.5 hour maint just for that? Seems a bit odd so who knows what, if anything else is being done in that time.

Well hopefully they will resolve tons of issues we have been having - and not just one silly little quest.

There are other known issues, a number of which are probably being fixed.
Someone said the new weapons changed, got higher damage.

Hmm I saw the new stats on FFXI AH forum - is the developer bro going to start trolling the R/M/E weapon owners? Some of these stats are enough to put those weapon to shame.... Lots of people are gonna be upset.

Well the devs did say that since we now have the lvl 99 cap, the content they can add will only be on damage so they will just constantly add new gear and make stronger monsters... We can probably imagine a new area two free now also...
