View Full Version : Still no Destrier Beret GMs/Support Center giving run around

Entered the beret code on June 25th 2012 during the "problems". Supposedly the issue was resolved a month or so later. Still anytime I talk to the festive moogle he has nothing for me.

Submitted a ticket in-game. GMs close it with a canned response telling me to contact the support center. Submit a ticket through the support center that went through their email because it was the weekend. Get a canned email telling me to use live chat support or to call them.

Try to resubmit a ticket through the support center to get live chat support. No matter how I tried to submit a ticket live chat support was never an option. Now I have been waiting over 40minutes Long Distance on hold.

From some people that were manually given their berets by GMs and some that are still unable to get theirs... what is going on? Ridiculous.:mad:

Have you tried to redeem the code again? Mine worked a charm but I realise its fixed now. Hope you get it sorted :)

My apologies for the trouble you are having with receiving your Destrier Beret, that is a frustraing experience indeed. As you mentioned in your post, Game Masters have indeed assisted players in receiving their Destrier Beret. However, this is only after they have contacted the SQUARE-ENIX Support Center to confirm all the information needed to aquire one of those items. Sadly, a Game Master can not assist you with those confirmations. Fortunately, the SQUARE-ENIX Support Center can and will be able to confirm your information and then they will give you a reference number.

After you have received that reference number, you are entered into our system and we will be on the look out for you when you next log in to the game. You are also welcome to call us using the /helpdesk feature in-game after you have received that number! Just submit a report and note in your /helpdesk comment that you are contacting us about the Destrier Beret and also place the reference number into that contact. Then we will know exactly what needs to be done.

I will also leave this thread open in case you want to let us know that you were able to receive your Beret in-game as HybridReanimate mentioned may be possible. If not, please attempt to contact the SQUARE-ENIX Support Center and they will be able to assist you with a resolution to this matter.
