Entered the beret code on June 25th 2012 during the "problems". Supposedly the issue was resolved a month or so later. Still anytime I talk to the festive moogle he has nothing for me.
Submitted a ticket in-game. GMs close it with a canned response telling me to contact the support center. Submit a ticket through the support center that went through their email because it was the weekend. Get a canned email telling me to use live chat support or to call them.
Try to resubmit a ticket through the support center to get live chat support. No matter how I tried to submit a ticket live chat support was never an option. Now I have been waiting over 40minutes Long Distance on hold.
From some people that were manually given their berets by GMs and some that are still unable to get theirs... what is going on? Ridiculous.:mad:
