So is what I am seeing is that there are no actualy physical copies for seekers for PC? It's all download only?

Correct. Haven't you been around these forums all this time? Shouldn't you already know this?
If you want a disc so badly, just take the download and burn it to a disc.

That's what you want, right? This is FFXI moving into the future, where a physical distribution channel is inherently inferior to a digital distribution channel and therefore - just like the PS2 (in the NA region) - abandoned.
in japan they have the physical version for pc.

Or find a 360 copy.
I don't mind digital-only on PC, but for christ sake, make the downloads available through your SE Account under the FFXI Services, not some third-party or your own store that's not even tied to the same account you use for FFXI.
