Storage Slip 14

Hello,

I thought I reported this already, but I can't find it so maybe I didn't.

Porter Moogle Storage Slip #14 does not mention that it can store Salvage gear, but it can. Other languages include this in their description.

Additionally, I'm not sure these points have been addressed:

Thank you for the information once again.

The storage slip should make mention of Salvage II gear once the next update lands in Vana'diel.

The help text for Full Break has also been adjusted, and will be reflected at the same time.

As for the "Chance of effect varies with TP" weapon skills, we would like to keep those as-is, seeing as they it would require a series of changes, many of the weapon skills in question are relatively old, and the misunderstanding that may arise from the text is not particularly critical.
