Forgot POL "Member Name"

I can find my POL ID on the SE website and I remember my password, but does anyone know where I can find my "Member Name" if I forgot it?

if by "Member Name" you mean the field in POL Viewer, that is something you create as a way to identify the account incase you create more than one, if it is not then I have no idea
