Steps: Campaign mobs' magic accuracy seem to have been shot up the roof thus also increasing their potency. Before the update, my friend and I would easily tank most of the yagudo in campaign with an exception of a select few of the generals. Every TP move they did was usually evaded either by evasion or shadows, Feather Furore would only land several times an entire campaign, and enfeebles casted on us would be resisted most of the time but since the update on March 27th everything the Yagudo(even the lessers) have been doing has been landing with a high success rate from enfeebles and requiems to elemental nukes and Feather Furore stripping my weapons or pants nearly 99% of the time. I can barely even keep my weapons on when campaign NPCs are hitting the same monster I am currently engaged on. This also includes Dee Xalmo the Grim's Doom ability that would used to miss 4/5 times is now landing with 100% success rate to the point I've had to carry 2+stacks of holy waters each time we go to fight the Yagudo Divine Ascetics since March 27.

For pets and summons of the Yagudo (the BST and Templar SMN), the scorpion pet's paralyzing breath is now doing 700+ damage each while the elementals are pulling 400+ damage nukes each through 5/5 meritted Shellra V and at least an additional 20% -mdt in gear; 2 scorpions and 3 nuking elementals on seperate occassions...I don't have to tell you the math that not a lot of single characters can survive that kind of abuse even if the healer was on the ball and surely not a lot of Windurst Campaign NPCs can take that punishment for long even if they were leveled up to the max. The scorpion usually did less than 500dmg each and the elementals would do less than 200 each before.

Muu Buxu the Elusive's pre-update Mijin Gakure damage would be less than 150 damage before, sometimes his damage didn't even break 100 on me in tp gear with just Shellra V up but post update damage has risen to 500-700 per Mijin, it's gotten to the point where he has to be caught before NPCs can even see him and taken elsewhere for the NPCs to even have a chance to live through the battle whenever the Yagudo Divine Assassins show up.

I have been tanking these Yagudo for two weeks so I know there has been a drastic change in their attacks, I even went to Castle Oztroja recently before and after update to farm the items that helps the Campaign effort. Before the update, Dee Zalgo the Esoteric was not a hard hitter with nukes, with baraero and my mdt set I was taking less than 120 damage from his Tornado IIs on my nin(I let them hit me to see the damage), this was probably March 25th or 26th. Yesterday (March 29th) however, on our way to farm some more of the baskets, I let his nukes hit me again to see the newer damage after update adjustments, and his Tornado IIs were hitting me for 300+ in the same mdt set and baraero up.
In the same manner, I let a Yagudo Prioress' Air Elemental land an Aero IV on me without shell, without baraero, and without using my mdt set after the update, it landed for close to 500damage where I have never notice this kind of damage from a mob ~20 levels lower than me.

Please address this as there are not a lot of players still doing campaign on Shiva(at least on Windurst's side) and we're already losing all of our territories this week that my friend and I worked so hard for two weeks to claim mostly on our own during NA times to only be torn apart by this update on mechanics. I have also been hearing about macc/resist rates on other worldly content that mimicks this that was easily done before but people are now dying to them.
