Steps:
1. Quest flagged in Morimar Basalt Fields "A stone's throw away" objective to find a nugget through mining to receive the necessary skill to clear rock-based colonization rieves in the area.
2. There are NO mining points in Morimar Basalt Fields to attempt this quest. The entire zone has been searched today for over 10 hours. Solo, in parties, and alliance with no success. Given the size of the zone and random movement of mining point spawns at some point they would have to appear in some working area, which they have not.
3. IF points are being spawned in the area, then they are behind the Colonization Rieve obstruction area which cannot be cleared without completion of this quest. This creates a situation impossible to resolve. There has been indication that Moh Gates can also yield the key item, but after an entire day spent checking mining points in this location has also not yielded the necessary key item.
3. Mining was attempted in Moh Gates with and without equipment to boost mining results with no change in results, while under the effect of sneak to prevent aggro from hostile mobs and without as well. Leaving and re-entering the zone(s), logging out and restarting all had no change in results. And again, to be clear in the case of Morimar Basalt area, this could not be attempted since there were NO mining points.
