Purchased wrong region code.

Hello guys,

I just purchased the new Expansion for FFXI; however I purchased a code for the EU and didn't realize the codes are region locked. My account that I'm using is a NA account, so I'm unable to register the code.

Is there a way I can exchange the code for a NA one, or receive a refund so that I can purchase the NA version of the expansion instead?

I've a EU SE account, but the POL account I use is an NA one. Do I get the NA or the EU expansion any idea?

When you say you have a NA account do you mean your SE or POL account?

I had a NA account but purchased a EU expansion, so if you're PO account is NA, get the NA version.

Ok, so the region of the SE account doesn't matter, just have to check you POL account.

Then the next question would be where do you get it? Both Amazon and SE store ask for a NA billing address .. This is so annoying.

SE account does matter because you would have transferred your POL account to your SE account.

If you SE account is EU then you need an EU code.

If your installation is NA then you will need NA install files.
