View Full Version : Member Loyalty Points Rewards redirect to EU Square Enix site

Everytime I try to log in to the Square-Enix site, it redirects me to the EU version of the site. Even when using the direct link http://member.square-enix.com/na/ I've tried deleting my cookies and browser history but to no avail. Anyone else having this problem or had and has a solution?
I purchased the collectors edition and I would like to be able to enjoy my added content for which I paid for.:mad:

I am having similar problems. There is always a redirect as you described, but once I have logged in to the website, the redirect is: http://eu.square-enix.com/en/profile/edit/basic
I have tried everything I can think of to get past this screen. In both Internet Explorer and Firefox I have tried updating my profile and saving it multiple times. No matter what changes I make to my profile, the redirect keeps taking me back to that stupid "edit profile" page. No message is displayed so I have NO CLUE what the website wants from me in order to get past this screen.
I waited 12 hours and tried again, hoping they would have fixed it. Nothing has changed and at this point I'm beyond disgusted with the incompetency of the web developers who work for SE. Don't they test anything????

I'm having the same exact problem. The only place I can find where you can enter any type of code is to register a game that you own. Even then, it only accepts 2 types of codes, neither of which are of the same format as the ones they e-mailed to us.
I hope someone finds/creates a solution soon. I would bet money that these codes will expire after a while, just going off of how SE works.

Same issue here. I have yet to do anything with S/E that doesn't turn into a confusing time sink. Thus, why I will not start another time sink, like FFXIV, with S/E. Way more stress than I need for a game I buy expansions for and pay a monthly fee.

Ran into this last night...followed the link in my email and it went right into the eu site after logging in. I went ahead and tried to file a report through the support portal because I couldn't find a way to contact support specifically for that site. There really wasn't a good match at the portal for what I was trying to report, so I basically submitted it as a generic account issue. Hopefully it gets through somehow.
