Anyone else feeling cheated that the expansion is quite unsubstantial?

Yup, there is not much beef in it. Barely any content, and far far far incomplete when you compared this to the 3 abyssea add ons we got. Even Meeble and Voidwatch feels more complete, in their several stages introduction. Take a year off, then you will get your money's worth on the expansion. 2 years off and we are talking a killer deal!! Assuming it will be good later on and not abandoned in droves by the player base like most of WoTG content.

Not really. Were you around when Aht Urghan came out? It was pretty sparse too. No Alzadaal, no Nyzul, only like 1/4 of the storyline missions were out, no chocobos in Aht Urghan, no easy transport back to Aht Urghan, only 3 ranks of Assault. It was gradually built up over the course of a year or so before reaching its current form.
