I click the link, get the shopping cart with 2 music box orders in it with a box to input my coupon code. I place the code in, apply it and submit and then it asks me for my billing information. I check and make sure that's all correct and click sumbit again but the following page loads and tells me that Payment Authorization Failed.

Why am I getting this message and will I still be able to get the digital album?

Edit: I only need and want ONE copy of the digital album.

Remove one copy from your cart.

I did that too and I still get the same message that Payment Authorization Failed.

After confirming there's only one copy in the cart (reload the page to make certain), then apply the coupon code (again) and I think you should be set.

No, sadly I continue to get the same message. I contacted Digital River and I'm hoping to hear from them.
