I know this may be a little soon to be suggesting this,but..
Can one of the Npcs in Adoulin Offer me Instant Warp/RR Scrolls?
To my knowledge no one actually offers me them.
Exchange them straight for Gil or Bayld,etc.
In any case while it's not a problem of availability, it's simply more a case of convenience, me not wanting to waypoint back to Jeuno, and cross the entire zone to re obtain them whenever i use them.
